The Lemosho Route is by many considered to be the upper-class direction on Mount Kilimanjaro. Not too crave ago, there were alone two gas main routes adapted to to climb Kilimanjaro - the Marangu (Coca Cola) route and the Machame (Whiskey) route. But as Tanzania's tourism activity flourished, the Kilimanjaro park authority created more trails to African's highest peak.

Lemosho, a somewhat mod direction, is preferred by well-thought-of operators fitting to its belle, remoteness and triumph rate. In short, it maximizes the chances that a climber will reach the pinnacle, and from the experience overall.

The trek begins in the south-east area of the mountain at Marangu Gate. The itinerary takes five days reduced to complete, although six days is more personal and recommended. The sleeping huts along the way are structures with a dining hall and bunk beds, equipped with mattresses and pillows. The descent is done on the yet method, contributing to Marangu's overcrowded feeling. It is a cheaper climb as favourably, do to the close vicinity of the gate to Moshi, the gateway town, and because it is a shorter route.

Scenically, Marangu is not a commendable direct compared to all the other routes because it confines climbers to harmonious territory of the mountain, thus limiting the variety. In any event, Marangu has the unsurpassed trail in the rainforest section of the trek. Of run, there are still prodigious views of the Mawenzi and it's equally spectacular repayment for every tom at Uruhu.
